District0x voting dapp: Do you agree or disagree with the team's stance that they should not pay the Bittrex compliance review fee?

When Bittrex announced DNT was trading on their exchange and then pulled the market after realizing a compliance review was never done, much of the community was confused and angry. The matter quickly escalated after it was announced by Bittrex that the review would not be done without a payment from the District0x team.

The team was quick to remind the community that they will not be using any funds for exchange listing. This led to even more anger from the community. Eventually the team came to a consensus. They would pay out of pocket but only if the votes in disapproval of their stance outweighed the votes in approval.

Votes are determined by the DNT balance in your wallet. No DNT is sent but if you transfer funds out of your wallet then your vote is gone.

Also keep in mind that there is no guarantee that a compliance review will result in being listed, which is one of the reasons the District0x team is against paying.
