I have been hearing alot of talk recently on this new EOS ico sale happening and how " its the future and the next big thing you dont want to miss on."

I did some investigating, like you all should before investing.

The artciel basically drops the bomb.
EOS is a scam. And , A MAJOR ONE.

They are hosting a 360 day ICO sale.

360 DAYS!!!!!! And check the whitepaper layout for the ICO.
Each day , only a limited amount of tokens are being listed for sale, with the cap of each day having no limit.
The tokens distributed for each day , will vary depending on the amount invested THAT DAY.

You could literally invest 100$ on friday and get 100 tokens becasue noone else invested... You do invest the same 100$ on saturday and get 1 token because there was say, I don't know, $10,000,000 invested that day.

You see the underlying problem already I hope.
But , incase you seriously don't get the picture yet... Here's a snippet from their purchasing agreement, which you " signed up for" if you participated.

• EOS TOKENS HAVE NO RIGHTS, USES OR ATTRIBUTES. The EOS Tokens do
not have any rights, uses, purpose, attributes, functionalities or features, express or
implied, including, without limitation, any uses, purpose, attributes, functionalities or

any way to Buyer that the EOS Tokens have any rights, uses, purpose, attributes,
functionalities or features.

AND

b. Company’s Use of Proceeds. Buyer acknowledges and understands that the
proceeds from the sale of the EOS Tokens will be utilized by Company in its sole
discretion.

There you have it folks, 360 days it will take to get your tokens. No guarentee it will even reach onto a tradeable exchange or hold any value at all and the company use your investment in any way they see fit.
