The global real estate market is worth hundreds of trillions of dollars and has the potential to even improve if the challenges it faces at the moment are addressed. These challenges include inaccessibility due to language and financial barriers, regulation or centralization by authorities, agents and financial institutions, and finally, it been based on outmoded technology. All these are the drawbacks to the development of the real estate market.
The Solution
All these challenges can be overcome by placing property financing, property listings, and management on the blockchain and also by providing a multi-lingual platform that has a standardized regulatory compliant documentation in order to improve affordability and make the market open and accessible to people with different nationality. People can trade and manage assets in a facilitated and simple manner.
This is what Dominium brings, moving the global real estate market unto the blockchain. Dominium is developed by Munte Immobilien and Max Property Group companies which are financing and management companies that have real estate assets under their ownership and incurring good return for their investors. These two companies came up with the idea to improve services to their investors and make their services accessible to the mass and hence the inception of Dominium. What then is Dominium? It is a decentralized platform with standardized regulatory documentation for property funding and the placement of assets on the blockchain along with property sales, rentals, and management. The Ardor child chain on which Dominium platform is built brings transparency and liquidity in asset creation on the blockchain.

The greater part of the funds that will be raised after the sale of DOM tokens will be used to purchase property portfolios in Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom.The DOM tokens will be used as a payment method for activities on the platform including the creation of assets, trading of assets, the creation of support tickets, listing of property for sale, the listing of property for rent, voting for charities, registering a rental agreement and registering of a purchase agreement.
