안녕하세요. @callihappiness입니다. 4new에 대해 분석을 여러번 하게 되는데요 그만큼 4new에 관심이 많아서 그런 것 같습니다. 오늘 다루게 될 내용은 다름 아니라 4new에서 ICO 관련해서 여러가지 중요한 사실을 밝힌 부분에 대해 논할 것입니다. 혹시라도 투자를 했던 사람들이시라면 참고하시고 투자를 할 의향이 있으신 분들도 참조하시면 되겠습니다. 아래의 내용은 4 new가 발표한 내용입니다. 일단 영어로 되어 있는 부분을 첨부하고 그 후에 이 발표에 대해 분석해 보도록 하겠습니다.

With all the excitement about our forthcoming listing event, allow us to share some very timely, pertinent and positive updates with everyone.

4NEW is currently in talks with listing on four exchanges. All exchanges are well known exchanges with very attractive trading volumes. Names of the exchanges will be released soon.

As part of the listing requirements to be compliant with these exchanges, upgrades to the smart contract will be required prior to the listing event.

4NEW will be listing a free trading float of a total of Three Million coins (3,000,000) at the price of USD $3.40. This float will be valued at 10 Million USD at listing. Needless to say, FRNC investors will enjoy a significant increase in their investment compared to the PRE-sale and ICO rounds. Furthermore, with 30 Million USD in escrow currently placed for treasury operations and plant production, the market cap of the 4NEW Coin is estimated at 40 Million USD. We expect a very successful aftermarket pricing given that only 3 MM coins will represent a 40MM market cap, leading to pricing valuations of up to $12.50 under some models. Please note, that the success of a coin in after market trading at the end of the day is subject to market fluctuations and can change as per external factors accordingly.

The 4NEW ICO will continue until December 15th, 2017 at the price of USD $1.70 as per the smart contract with no changes to the pricing.

Our listing event is being managed to converge on all four exchanges on the same day in order to avoid any arbitrage opportunities. The listing date will be February 1st, 2018. This will allow exchanges to complete integration of the 4NEW Coin in order to be in compliance with their respective KYC and AML requirements.

All 4NEW coin holders will have till January 15th, 2018 to send us their KYC identification paperwork. If not received by then, kindly note, your coins will not be listed for free trading on February 1st, 2018 on any exchange.

Please note, holders of the FRNC Coin will need to redeem their coins for free trading coins on the exchanges that are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

The FRNC coins remitted thus far are not tradable through the ICO period on any decentralized exchanges until February 1st, 2018.

Updates to the smart contract will initiate on December 5th, 2017. In anticipation, kindly send notification email of your investment to [email protected] so management can release the free trading coins to investors.

Our current float structure is as follows:

1.20 Million Insider coins will be restricted from sale until plant becomes operational. Please note, these coins will only be released into the marketplace, when the plant generates cash flow to support the buying of these coins in after market trading.

800K Institutional coins will be restricted until plant becomes operational. Please note, these coins will only be released into the marketplace, when the plant generates cash flow to support the buying of these coins in after market trading.

200K Institutional coins will be free trading upon listing event.

2.80 Million coins will be held in free float by crowd funding investors that have purchased coins through the ICO round for USD $1.70 or upon listing at USD $3.40.

All other coins apart from these 5 Million coins will be burned upon completion of ICO on December 15th, 2017. Updates to the website and all 4NEW materials will be made by the end of this week.

Finally, the updated website that will be launched later this week will include translations to the Whitepaper and Lightpaper in eight languages, in addition to data room where all contracts and escrow funding details will be posted for any investor investing more than USD $5000.

또한 이들은 자신들의 홈페이지를 개정할 것이라고 밝히고 있다. 각종 라이트 화이트와 백서를 번역한 것에 대해 올리고 보다 사용자 친화적으로 바꾸겠다고 밝히고 있다. 이를 통해 이들은 소프트 캡 이상의 자금을 모아 효과적인 프로젝트 운영을 달성하려 하는 것 같다. 프로젝트 매니저들이 하는 말을 들어보면 이들은 현재 소프트 캡이 끝난 후에 한층 여유로운 형태로 사업을 진행하고 있는 것 같다. 그렇기에 이들의 홈페이지 개편은 기존 투자자들을 위한 편의와 더불어 보다 많은 투자자의 유입을 위한 좋은 선택이라고 생각한다.
