Eloncity Update - Whitepaper, Partnerships, Investments, Airdrops And More

For everyone who is lazy to reread it, I'll summarize shortly what Eloncity is and what the project is aiming to solve. Eloncity is an energy project on the blockchain with the aim to build up a decentralized energy design architecture with millions of self sufficient microgrids. By doing so the project will make energy free from existing manipulation, pollution, exploitation, high bills and much more.

Update About The Eloncity Project:
As promised in the last blog I want to update you guys about this project. Today's update will contain the released whitepaper, some partnerships and investements as well as currently ongoing airdrops.

Finally I had some time to read through most parts of it and think that it gives a lot of insights about this project. I agree with the fact (which someone mentioned on the Telegram Chat) that the whitepaper is not really easy to understand as it is written very technically. But someone with some knowledge about the energy sector would for sure understand the basic idea of Eloncity and how it is going to solve currently existing problems exactly. I strongly encourage you to take a look at the whitepaper or to read at least some parts of it to get a better image about this project if you really are interested in investing into it later on, when the public crowdsale starts.

Partnerships And Cornerstone Investments:
During the past few weeks Eloncity has partnered up with quite a lot of projects and has secured quite a lot of investments from different projects/companies. I'm going to shortly go through all of them.

Among others famous and new partnerships announced were from CyberMiles and Arcblock (both also managed by Krypital Group), but also known brands like Panasonic.
On the site of cornerstone investments we have OKCapital (rumours of Okex listing after ICO), Starwin Capital (a financial platform that specializes in global venture capital and growth services, cloud computing/big data/AI, financial technologies, and cross industry networking), Fenbushi Capital (China’s first venture capital firm specializing in blockchain technology and related enterprise investments), LD Capital (a digital asset investment fund, specializing in blockchain technologies) and Horman Capital (a VC organization that invests primarily in early stage and growth stage businesses that possess dedicated teams and innovative technologies able to disrupt large, traditional, inefficient industries). Many more partnerships and investments are still to come. So far this really looks promising.

Airdrops And Free ECT Tokens:
If you want to receive free ECT tokens, there are plenty of ways to get some. Eloncity is doing quite a lot of airdrops, giveaways and more to the community. The first option to receive free tokens, while at the same time learning more about the project is joining the AMA-sessions with the CEO. Already 3 AMAs were done, where the community could ask questions on a livestream, while receiving free tokens (up to 8888 per AMA). Other than that there are a lot of community events in the telegram group, where you could vote for some contests on twitter, comment on twitter or comment on bitcointalk in exchange for some free tokens. Recently Eloncity also has launched the so called "Luckbot", which rewards active users on telegram. I'm personally quite active in the group (Top 3 most active member), since I'm trying to help out new users to get to know the project. While being active (post at least 5 times a day) you can join the Luckbot on telegram on a daily basis and try out your luck. You can win up to 20,000 ECT. I've won several times already, among others a winning of 80 ECT, 40 ECT, but sometimes also 8 ECT. It's quite fun to play and it is really cool that active participats get an incentive to be active. The telegram group therefore is quite vivid and the community helpful. Simply check it out, as many more airdrops and free tokens will be given away!

Upcoming Public Crowdsale:
The public crowdsale is soon to be announced by the Eloncity team. It is expected to start around this august. Currently only the private sale is open, with a minimum contribution of 200,000$ and a maximum contribution of 600,000$. The token price for the private sale is set at 1$ = 9.8 ECT (Eloncity Tokens). Personally I'm already super excited for the public crowdsale and will inform you, once I know more details about it. So stay tuned and you will be one of the first, who will get to know when the public ICO starts.
