IceBreaker's Intentions:

The main goal of 'ICE' is to create a world in which users feel comfortable interacting with their own avatar[s] in a blockchain built world filled with immense networking options. IceBreaker will do just that, 'break the ice' for those that maybe find it easier to express themselves digitally. Messaging is available to users before unveiling avatars, and this creates a more real (and augmented) feel to the reality of meeting someone new.

In summation, ICE seeks to suit interactions as the user feels fit.
