World governments have a tiger by the tail: “The Block Chain”, and crypto meet Government

Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin… Everyone wants to talk about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is small fish compared to the real story, “The Blockchain”. Unicorns aren’t real but the blockchain is, right?

Trust is everything. Our economy is built on trust. Every relationship is built on trust. In an uncertain world, there are amazing things happening and we can’t lose sight of the goal, building trust…

Building trust is not easy. Relationships aren't always easy. "The Blockchain" is far from easy. Bitcoin has dominated the news, and this will likely continue to encourage new growth. The threat of governments starting their own crypto-currencies is real, however, there is a BIG however... Their system will have to be pretty damn good to compete with some of these amazing new coins. They have a tiger by the tail and they know it.

Bitcoin is far from perfect. It seems to have some serious flaws, like refusing to evolve. The dollar is far from perfect. Money in general is far from perfect. The manipulation of this trust in money has been around for thousands of years. The blockchain is one of the most advanced markets in the history of the world. It very well could take over the system.

“We the people” designed a new value system that works for us. Now I am not saying I designed the system. I am not saying I helped write code or even that the "chain" is perfect. I am saying that I am helping to contribute to the network by supporting it with words of hope.

The Internet was created for us to connect with research and development. Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET) was created for the sharing information and research. The efficiencies in sharing information allowed the world economies to develop at a much faster rate and blasted the economy into a new dimension. The blockchain too has potential to stimulate new areas on the internet that has widespread implications economically.

This general acceptance and widespread use has recently lead to new areas of development in blockchain technology. It could have lasting implications on everything from governments, recreating the internet, stimulating business, tracking information, creating more efficiencies, contracts, social media, health care, and encoding in general. World government seems to once again be knocking at our doorstep with a simple fix. The blockchain is slowly taking over the world. Are we ready to advance morally as fast as we do technologically?
