Major Audit Firm Joins Blockchain Alliance

It was reported today that one of the 'big four' audit firms, KPMG, has agreed to become a corporate member of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, or WSBA. WSBA announced this publicly on their website. KPMG will also be given a seat on the board of directors. This is a very positive move for Blockchain Technology as a whole.

This event reflects on how large corporations are starting to accept Blockchain Technology into their operations. Along with KPMG, Mastercard, Bank of America, and American Express are also utilizing Blockchain technology in some aspect of their business.

Adoption of the technology does not necessarily mean the adoption of cryptocurrency. As many corporations will tell you, their motto has been and will continue to be "Blockchain good, Bitcoin bad."
