Mining, in the context of blockchain technology, is the process of adding transactions to the large distributed public ledger of existing transactions, known as the blockchain. The term is best known for its association with bitcoin, through other technologies using the blockchain employ mining. Bitcoin mining rewards people who run mining operations with more bitcoins.

We got acquainted with mining and blockchain approximately 5 years ago and haven’t looked back since, our team found a deep interest in the subject starting from then and even received an urge to change things towards the better good.It is great to look back today and remember our motives behind the project, even with small experience and a little knowledge in the field, we became what we are today.

How did we start?

In 2016 our team started from mining and from the moment one we become familiar with the industry. As owners of cryptocurrency, we tried to be aware of the issues and innovation around it, especially it’s relation to exchange. Of course we wanted to have crypto in our everyday lives and make it global by giving it a multi-functional use. At first, That was the exact reason why we decided to create our own exchange platform, so we could provide our innovational ideas and make decisions about it. As our team members met and exchanged ideas, they started to have a growing urge to realize these ideas.

We decided to commence the ICO and provide liquidity to the functions we had in mind. We have created a platform that can promote an increase in the use of crypto currency and we also added some new features, such as Pawnshop, Futures, Escrow and the exchange of cryptocurrencies. We also plan to create our crypto currency in near future, but these will not be tokens. Our cryptocurrency will be based on an independent blockchain and it will have the capacity to carry out over 100 000 transactions per second. The ultimate goal is that in the future we can pay with cryptocurrency in stores.

Little Bit about our Team

We founded the company in 2017 and despite the fact that we have been operating on the market for less than a year, we have managed to gain recognition and the trust of our customers, not only in Georgia, but also in the post-soviet space, some European countries as well. During the last three months we have attended various international conferences. A lot of people have shown interest in investing in Bixtrim. All of this is thanks to the people who united around one idea and who have spared no efforts in seeing to that we succeed.

As you already know, we are a startup and success often comes down to the strength of the team. At the present moment , there are 26 people working at the Georgian office of the company. We also practice outsourcing from Belarus and Ukraine, as well as several European countries.
Bixtrim is full of smart, driven people who care a lot more about getting it done, and the relationships we build. We understand it’s a very strong cliché, but if you love your job you'll never work a day in your life.
