- Kaimin Hu, former Chief Product Officer of OutReach Technology and Product Director of ADVANCE.AI, was hired as BitMart’s Chief Operating Officer. Kaimin graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in Embedded Systems, Distributed Systems, and Computer Chip Architecture. Kaimin has been involved in the design, development, and management of technical products, and has focused on the internet, financial science and technology, artificial intelligence, and blockchain production and real-world application strategies. Kaimin once joined Accenture Labs as the Product Director and was responsible for deploying the budget system of the California state accounting department.
- BitMart also recently announced its strategic partnership with a number of international banks and cross-border payment agencies to fully open a global entry for legal tender. BitMart’s compliance review for legal tender trading has passed and BitMart is working on deep products and technical docking and the legal tender trading of USD is expected to be open by the end of 2018. With this service, users will be able to make instant deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transactions easier and faster on BitMart than ever before.
