Community Announcement: The Bancor Slack Group Migrates to Telegram
As of next week, we will be migrating the entirety of our interactive community communications to Telegram, a popular cloud-based mobile and desktop messaging app. We are making this move along with other well known Ethereum projects including Indorse, Aragon, Golem and others.
With the ongoing scam attempts and inappropriate trolling, the inability of the Slack platform to address these problems to date requires us to seek alternatives in order to both protect the community from fraud and encourage respectful dialogue, to the best of our ability. Bancor already has an active group channel on Telegram where nearly 4,000 members engage continuously with each other and the team on a variety of topics relevant to the project, with minimal problems. Spammers are easily banned and moderators are available 24/7 to answer known questions, flag new ones and help maintain a healthy environment for authentic debate and timely assistance.
We plan to migrate all of our community members to Telegram over the next few days, after which we will permanently shut down this channel.

If you receive ANY Slackbot or Direct Message from ANYONE regarding a Pre-Sale, Token Sale, new wallet addresses or anything of the sort, please IGNORE it. No one from Bancor will ever send you any BNT, ETH or BTC address on Slack.
NEVER click on any MyEtherWallet link you get through any Slackbot or Direct Message, no matter how real they may seem. These are definitely scam attempts and should be avoided and reported. Please don’t fall prey to these unfortunate abuses. Monitor your links and messages closely to stay safe!

Team you made the right choice. Slack was really getting annoying with all the scam artists. I had even deleted my app.
