Meet Carlye — ARK’s new Community Support Specialist

Say hello to ARK’s newest team member Carlye Wicklund, our new Community Support Specialist. If you have been at an ARK sponsored Conference this year, you may already know who Carlye is. She has been helping out at the ARK booth during conferences since February, so she is quite well versed in ARK already.

Carlye is relatively new to the crypto world, but has been studying and researching actively over the past few months. Although she is an art major with tattoo shop experience, her previous positions were mostly in the services industry, handling customer service and relations. Her communicative, positive nature will help fill part of the communication channel between the ARK Crew and community.

“I’m thankful for the opportunity to officially be a part of the ARK team, and excited for the chance to be much more involved while getting to know the community more!”

Carlye is already part of our conference team, but in addition to that she will be taking over behind the scenes with email/support. She will also be responsible for community management of Slack and handling Twitter responses.

As she transitions into this new role she will also pick up on Facebook, Reddit, and other social media platforms.

Be sure to give her a warm welcome in our Slack (she goes by the username @ carlye).

As we continue our interviews and search for Community Engagement Specialists/Managers/developers, we will be bringing in more new hires over the next month or two.
