There are quite a few #ICO'S that are dealing with this domain however, I think the most attractive one you will find #betherum very immpresive.

plenty of projects are taking advantage of combine between these two fields, #stox among them and so as #augur, but the project whom definitely looks very serious is #betherum.
#betherum reached a product already, basically, others are falling behind them when you countdown each venture milestones.
