How does it work
A typical transaction using CoinEquity's loan platform will be as simple as following these 4 steps.
The lender
Creating smart contracts with all required requirements including loan amount, interest, required security, fees, etc.
Borrower
Find the loan with the most pleasurable terms for them, and put the collateral in the form of crypto currency.
Party
The lender releases the funds to the borrower and the Borrower makes payments based on the terms of the loan until it is met.
Reporting
Borrowers and lenders may produce detailed reports that are interested in being paid and received for the purpose of reporting jurisdiction.
What Happens If There Crash In The Market?
If the price of the collateral declines to the price of the loan, the remaining collateral is used to pay of the loan. The collateral will be transferred immediately to the lender.
