LegalFling: Blockchain-Based App For Consensual Sex
You guys seen this?
Thought this was interesting as hell.
A blockchain-based app that verifies mutual consent from both parties for sex.
Cool huh?
Definitely, we need to create avenues for rape victims to give their voice.
Far too often victims are silenced due to fear or technicalities in the law that allow the assailant to get away with it.
Take the Aziz Ansari's case for example, where the 'victim' felt pressured by the actor while on the other hand, she didn't exactly hold back either.
Perhaps an app can make things clear huh?
Yet, I wonder if this would only make things more complicated.
What if...
Someone uses the app to consent sex, but changes their mind the last minute? (Literally dick inches away from pussy.)
Someone claims their app was hacked or whatever?
Someone a victim claims he or she was forced into consenting with the app?
Someone claims that they will consent after the sex, because it was so fucking passionate and shit during the heat of the moment, but because the sex sucked after all, they changed their minds after that and want to push blame?
The app totally glitches and fucks up altogether?
What an interesting world we live in.
Let me know what you all think!
That is very interesting and a lot of celebs have girls sign a contract these days because of these situations.
There are so many stories coming out where they are acting like these guys are savages and took advantage of the girl and I think a lot of it comes down with that they got into the fantasy that maybe they could be with the guy as a girlfriend or even marriage and live a fairy tail life. When that didn't happen they were upset and then 5 , 10, 20 years down the line they are coming out and saying things were inappropriate to have 2 minutes of fame.
Now there are real cased out there of legit creeps. It looks like Bill Cosby was a legit creep drugging chicks.
Oh celebs do that? Smart.
The Aziz Anzari one comes to mind.
Yeah, Cosby, Spacey and Weinstein for sure.
There was a local case here too. No celebs. Just two people hooking up in a club. She cried rape the next day.
Other people claimed in the club she was all slutty, consensual and shit.
The dude fought the case, eventually got acquitted, but the damage was done. The news showed how his parents had to sell shit just to support his case. It must be tough on them, but good on them for standing their ground.
Is there going to be KYC process for registering the account? :-)
best for you @aldentan
