MobileBridge Momentum - Business Analysis

In this piece, I will be writing a business analysis of the Momentum blockchain platform. I will be making use of the SWOT analysis business tool to shed some light on the positive and negative aspects of this project.

SWOT Analysis

SWOT is an acronym that represents Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. This tool is useful in analyzing where businesses and projects retain the advantage over their competition and also to highlight the areas in which necessary improvements are needed to be made.

Strengths

Personalized Customer Service: This, in my opinion, is the major strength of this platform as it allows each customer to be served what they want how and when they really want it. With this innovation, customer satisfaction is taken to a new height and it is done seamlessly by any business through the Momentum platform.

Existing And Tested Product: The MobileBridge company has already partnered with some real-life big companies like Volkswagen, in delivering marketing solutions, so this is not just a blockchain project created overnight. This is an already successful real-life project which is taking the platform global through the blockchain.

Customers Have Control Over Their Data: Customers on the Momentum platform retain total control over how their data is collected and used which provides security and also helps companies comply with rules concerning customers' privacy.

Weakness

The main weakness I see in the momentum platform is the emphasis and focus on a particular type of marketing and promotion. This may be the most effective method but it is certainly not the only effective method and some businesses need the versatility of different methods to take their products mainstream, meaning momentum will be limited on such aspects.

Opportunities

The Momentum platform provides enormous opportunities for the customers, companies and the investors.

The Customers: For a customer, there are numerous ways of benefiting from this system by not only purchasing products or services from businesses but by partaking in activities which they mostly do or don't find any challenge doing. Little activities like, applications downloads, leaving a feedback or simply updating a personal profile all have rewards attached to them and this are rewards which can be used by the customers as they seem fit.

The Companies: Momentum is an ideal platform for small and large businesses looking to expand further. Businesses rarely have a problem providing a loyalty program, but mostly record fewer redemption than expected. Momentum promotes redemption, redemption brings engagement and engagement delivers customer satisfaction and profit.

Investors: From an investors perspective, momentum is a good platform to invest in because Momentum is providing a solution to a multi-billion dollar problem. This is also a solution that brings about high demands for the MMTM tokens by both the customers and the companies, demands which leads increase on token price, giving investors good return on investments (ROI).

Threats

The momentum platform is created out of the realization that this platform can serve marketing needs all over the globe by using the blockchain, however, the blockchain is open source and seasoned marketers who have also been successful on other forms of marketing can create a platform that offers multiple ways of marketing for businesses. This poses a big threat to the momentum platform but until then, this is a great platform to invest.
