How Valuable is Arweave To Blockchain Users

The Blockchain Technology right now is relatively still a new technology and more like the Internet during its earlier years has a lot of potential use cases on paper but is still somewhat limited in reality.

The breakthroughs the blockchain has made so far I breathtaking, but the mass adoption is still lacking, and only a very small percentage of the world's population of internet users are actual blockchain users. More adoption of blockchain technology means more transactions every second, more data generated and more strains on the present blockchain networks.

This offers a question of how usability as we approach mass adoption. A classic example is the present transaction speed of bitcoin as compared to a few years ago. The speed is now slower. While a lot of projects are able to thrive by improving their transaction speed, they are able to get away with the burden of synchronizing every node because of the smaller population of people actually using the platforms. 

This is because in reality, the largest part of blockchain projects activities worldwide at the moment are more inclined towards the trading of tokens and less about the actual usage of the individual platforms so platforms that offer actual data storage may excel with the transaction speed with will struggle in the long run because users will need high fees to store data.

Arweave aim is to offer a data storage solution to everyone, a solution that involves the storage of data at a very low cost while ensuring faster transaction fees for its tokens. 

Unlike other blockchain projects and dApps, which offers different solutions to real-life problems using the blockchain but are still posed with all the same blockchain's scalability problems, Arweave has taken the initiative to create the technology needed for their platform to excel.

The present ICO space is inclined towards two main types of projects

1. A Platform or service that uses an existing blockchain
2. A Mainnet blockchain that is highly scalable

These two types of projects, ICOs often offer one and rely on the other as infrastructure or for usage.

Arweave recognizes the flaws common across different blockchains and offers the two types of projects to fulfill each other's purpose of infrastructure and usage.

2. Blockweave is the "blockchain-like" infrastructure created to make the arweave platform a reality.

Arweave's team has been able to recognize a problem and provided a solution to it along with its own platform. What this means is; as decentralization approaches mass adoption and millions-billions of people get onboard for the everyday use of decentralized technology like the internet currently is, when other blockchain platforms begin to feel the strain of data size and transaction loads, blockweave based platforms will be able to thrive.

This, in turn, makes Arweave even more valuable from an investors point of view as the tokens will eventually witness price increase with the increase in demand.
