What the hell is the blockchain and how does it work??

That's the question on a lot of people's lips, especially if you're new to all this and even if you're not so new, there's certainly a learning curve with this emerging (and potentially HUGE) technology. 

I watched a couple of TED Talks this morning that may help a little. I'm sure there are many others (and other resources) but I thought I'd share them here in case anyone gleans anything from them, or pushes them to learn more. 

First up, Bettina Warburg - blockchain researcher, entrepreneur and educator:

And here's Richie Etwaru - Fortune 500 Chief Digital Officer and 'blockchain revolutionary':

Together they may help provide a little more understanding and fill in a few gaps... they'll probably even present more questions! One thing's for sure - it'll certainly be an exciting time watching the future develop.
