Coursera의 IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers 과정 진행 중

$49.99를 내고 Coursera subscription을 구독한 기념으로 시작한 IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers ( https://www.coursera.org/learn/ibm-blockchain-essentials-for-developers/ ), 이제 3주차로 넘어가고 있는데 이놈들 슬슬 마수를 -_-;; 지금 보니 syllabus에도 있었지만 이놈들이 하려는 실습은 지들이 기여하고 있는 오픈소스 블록체인 기술 중 하나인 Linux Foundation Hyperledger Fabric 이다.

일단 지금까지의 실습은 이미 준비된 웹환경에서 간단한 샘플을 돌려보고 살짝 조작한다든지, 혹은 이미 테스트환경을 도커이미지에 다 때려박아놓고 그걸 쓰면 되는 환경이긴 한데.. 그래도 왠지 돈내고 듣는 수업인데 특정회사의 약팔이에 이용되고 있다는 생각을 떨칠 수가 없다.

일단 절반 이상 왔으니 끝까지 가보자고.

I've been learning IBM Blockchain Foundation for Developers on Coursera ( https://www.coursera.org/learn/ibm-blockchain-essentials-for-developers/ ) after purchasing Coursera subscription ( $49.99/mo), and it is 3rd-week course is in progress. Without thoroughly taking a look its syllabus, I thought it's general introduction of blockchain technology and maybe some simple coding with any program language... well.. it's not. The course uses Linux Foundation's Hyperledger Fabric, which is what IBM is contributing, and it's open source project.

The exercise environment is pretty simple so far, you can either use its playground on web that IBM provides, or it has its own Docker image so that you can simply run it in your local docker environment without installing ton of stuff and struggling with configuration... although I still think I'm somehow deceived by IBM by using their solution for the course?

Well, it's 6 weeks course and I'm passing 3rd week now.. so I feel like I should just keep going and finish the course for now.
