If you write in coherent English I will answer you. It's a shame you can't spell correctly.
If you wrote "It's a shame the strength of the lamps are so strong" Then obviously you don't understand the laws of physics, light and cameras. The church is extremely dark inside, hence the light is blown out. The exposure of the camera is set high to receive the lighting for the whole area. Try it with a camera which doesn't use auto exposure. You will see this effect. If the light rays are the correct illumination then then church interior and people would be too dark to view.
Having been around for a long time before digital cameras , I used to develop my own films. Get an old camera, use Agfa film 400 ASA, upgrade it to 1600 ASA within the camera. Take some photos with your camera with only a match lighting your scene. develop the film yourself. Sit back and marvel at the results.
I wrote 'Funny that the shadows of the lamp are so strong', because I was impressed by the effect ;)
