That movie with its flaccid, drab, middle-of-the-road plot has absolutely no reason to get that much hype. I think chief among the reasons it is enjoying all the spotlight is because it's a black majority superhero movie. I don't get why rave reviews can't be given to movies and art because of its content instead of because of its race?
