Be aware of baseless flaggers | help to complete a blacklist of baseless flaggers

Hey everyone,

today I noticed something mysterious.
I saw some people downvoting the posts of others - for no reason!

I took a look at steemd.com to check out how their voting behaviour looks like.
When I saw it, I were really shocked. I checked out the posts that were flagged by him. And the flags are not reasonable! But take a look by yourself. His username is '@jetenculeprofond':

He simply gives flags on everything he sees. This is not the only one I noticed.

Another one just has a "upvote period" and a "downvote period" (username: '@niquetarace'):

What do you guys think why these people are doing this? What are their reasons for that? It also looks like that they aren't aiming at any specific topic. The downvotes are fully random.

I want to make sure you guys be awhare of those senseless flaggers.
To prevent the people that are really doing a good job on Steemit, I will please you all to write those flaggers into the comments, so I will add them to the 'Flagger blacklist'.
