the government are trying to hike the prices up so people won't buy so much , but I think we adults can think for ourselves ?
ha! yes but the government wants the additional tax revenues so they will raise taxes on it to give themselves a huge boost in their budget and then claim that it's to help the people by driving up prices so people won't drink as much! what a scam.

exactly winchestergirl.. I don't know if it's on purpose, the conspiracy guys say that they're trying to keep up poor on purpose because then they can control us easier and if we're all busy working all the time to meet expenses then we won't have time to realize what's going on in government.
they may be right, I'm not sure. But they need to reduce taxes, are income taxes and property taxes high over in England?
