How to consume black seeds
Some argue that consuming black seed oil is more potent way to get the benefits while people who believe the traditional ways insist that actual seeds are most effective. There is, in fact, a specific way to consume black seeds.
Take a spoon full of black seeds in palm, rub them with thumb and add a tea spoon of honey and continue to rub/mix with the thumb. Lick this mixture, twice a day, in the morning and night before meals.
