We have to ask the Question Why is USA doing it ?

What does USA know compared to other countries ?

This shows Financial Leadership compared to Europe or Asia.

I am positively sure about one important point. USA is going to generate a lot of profit from these contracts and this will force the financial market traders from other countries to participate for profit taking Action.
