It is necessary open a Bittrex account to be able to exchange Steem cryptocurrency and transfer your money into Paypal account.

1. If you don’t have an account click on sign up

2. Insert a valid email address and create a password, confirm and agree with the Terms of service.

3. Click on sign up and verify your email address

4. Log in and you’ll see Bittrex homepage

5. Click on settings to proceed to the steps of account verification
