I have $100 funds in bittrex facing problem as yours and can'tbe withdrawn also, its been 2 weeks and I don't know if it will be resolve!
However, shapeshift has high btc transaction fee and blocktrades suck for 0.002 bitcoin transaction fee also! I hate them both!
