Python-libs now know how to create new accounts
With the latest commit, the python-graphenelibs now know how to create new accounts without the use of a faucet.
It's now only a little more work until I have a customizable faucet with many more features for users right from start:

Cool feature. How to access the above GUI?
the above gui is under development .. When I figured out what procedures and featrues make the most sense, I will probably deploy it on bitshares.eu (and also open source the basic sources)
