BitShares UI release candidate - 180808

Dear BitShares community,

the latest BitShares UI release has been prepared (Version 180808) and staged onto

Among many other bugfixes are:

• More support for the the last protocol upgrade:
  • Changing the owner of an asset requires owner permission and the new asset_update_issuer operation, which is now inlcuded in Asset details page
  • Target collateral ratio can now be set when creating a Margin. Short explanation: If your margin position becomes called, not the whole position goes on the market, but just enough such that the target collateral ratio is achieved
• Update to asset management:
  • Add possibility to publish price feed
  • Asset details has now "Asset Info" and "Asset actions" tabs. "Asset Info" is self-explanatory, "Asset actions" contains
    • Fund fee pool
    • Claim fee pool
    • Claim asset fees
    • Update owner
  • In the account dashboard you can now "Burn" assets, which destroys them. Pagination has been added as well
• Settings have been refactored, defaults are now properly restored. Also Node configuration section has been refactored and includes now the name of the operator and a standardized location description.
• Ping and initial connection strategy has been accelerated. For the best result we recommend to ping all nodes manually once in the Node configuration
• Recently discovered SCAM accounts are now marked as Scam accounts

Please feel free to give it a try, and if you find inconsistencies report them as a GitHub issue or as comment here. This release candidate will be pushed on the 8th of August and replace the current release Version 180720.
