Could you write bit more about it? I need to find out how it works.
When you make a transaction, you'll get your transaction ID, which has a 40 digits blockhash. This is your lottery number. The last blockhash of each lottery period(1month ) is taken as the winning number. All the lottery numbers from buyers will be compared with the winning number backwards digit by digit. The closest lottery number will be the winner.

Any 3 digits from txid added togheter <= 45
add digit 1,2,3 for number 1
add digit 3,4,5 for number 2...
if number x = any previous number
do something fair enough to make it different
