Connie, have you considered ditching skype as an A/V feed for the show? There's certainly some better tools to get a cleaner feed, simulcasting to multiple platforms, and with no need for post-production. Message me if you'd like to chat on it, I've been producing livestreams the past couple years...here's recent example:
