bitshares is far superior tech!, they can't really compare bcc is just a payment system that offers 100% apr through staking this is obviously unsustainable and a most certain bubble waiting to pop, I've put great thought into exactly when as it could last awhile with cryptos current mass adoption period?. Good luck :)
