This baffles me. This is the coin of an exchange that was never used by anyone and likely never will be. Its been delisted from every exchange except Binance. The lead developer has moved on to other projects. Why do you expect this coin to rise?
This is like buying stock in Delorean in 82.
No idea... Among many things, maybe it's because BitShares is the first decentralized exchange, and currently uses the fastest blockchain technology. The transaction speeds are ~1.5 seconds, and cost fractions of a cent. The Delorean comparison makes no sense, since BitShares is actually using excellent technology.
DEX will be much more in demand in the years to come. That´s one reason... Bitshares being a DEX is main reason for delisting from CEX. IMHO
