Thanks for this, we've been asking what the difference is for ages, and no one gave an answer which made any sense to us, until now.

Why should anyone use BitShares/OpenLedger since their withdrawal fees are so high? that's what we find dishonest about the entire thing, they charge you an arm and a leg to get your money OUT, while making it MUCH easier to get your money IN. For that reason, and formerly not understanding why there's both OpenLedger AND Bitshares, we've stayed away.
