Huge Opportunity for Bitshares and EOS

Users of the Bitshares platform are well aware of the power the platform provides.
It’s the best decentralized exchange in the world.
Unfortunately, Bitshares over the years has lacked marketing , which has prevented it from becoming a known name in the blockchain community.

It occurred to me recently that a huge opportunity exists for Bitshares to go to the next level and become a household name in the blockchain world.

How so you ask ?

In roughly 6 weeks, EOS goes live. There is so much excitement around the launch of EOS.
Millons of people around the globe are awaiting the launch of EOS.
All eyes are on the apps which will go live at that time.

This is where Bitshares comes into play.

Can Bitshares (in this short window), be modified in order to run on the EOS platform or have EOS layered on top of the existing Bitshares platform ?

Bitshares could be one of only a handful of applications up and running the day EOS goes live.
The amount of press Bitshares would receive would be off the charts.
Actually , BTS should strive to be the first application to go live on EOS !!

I would have no doubt that Bitshares would be implemented on EOS with no issues.
This would benefit EOS a great deal. The power shown by BTS running on EOS would show the entire world that EOS is all that it was touted to be.

What’s interesting is that at the same time, Bitshares is having an upgrade to its user interface. The application is called Bench. This new look and feel to the front end of Bitshares would be a perfect time to present to end users during their launch on to EOS . People would see BTS as a user friendly app with a lot of power.

One last item, which would probably be harder to do would be to provide EOS shareholders a token drop of Bitshares. Give ownership to the EOS community.

Bitshares has around 1 billion tokens in reserve. Issuing 50 million would be a small dent in its reserve pool.

To keep existing Bitshares holders happy, you could take an additional 50 million Bitshares and purchase EOS shares and token drop these on to Bitshare’s owners.

All would create a huge opportunity for Bitshares to re-invigorate itself, a rebirth for the entire world to see.

P.S. There is one other hidden gem that's being worked on under the covers, based on what I’ve heard over the last few months. Improvements are in the works which will take Bitshares to the next level. Lots of new features will be added soon. Adding these to the launch of Bitshares on EOS would provide incredible press to BTS. As we know , all of this will lead to a rise in the price of Bitshares !!!
