History is being made now, by cryptocurrency projects, that are rewriting the rules of business, money and decentralized organizations.

Every crypto project out there needs to move forward, or it is moving backwards.

Every time a new innovation comes out the first half of people who implement it are getting ahead, the second half of people that implement it are catching up. This can be seen around the world, in Westernized nations, farmers use tractors to plow the fields while in undeveloped nations –Africa and Asia- field are cultivated by hand. Since it is so much easier to plow fields with tractors the innovation of western nations is multiplied. This is why I love education, tools, computers, information and more.

Having studied economics and traveled around the world, I find it fascinating to see what it takes to effectively implement and improve organizations and people. For a third world country to become a first world country it takes an array of educations, teachers, doctors, natural resources, transportation, technology, good governance, societal cohesion, peace, law and order, justice, free enterprise, religion, literacy, language, social order and more. Every nation has implemented these factors to a different extent and that is the reason they got what they got. One can look at how World War II tore various nations apart, and how people put those nations back together. It is exciting to see the fast economic development that is happening in Asia and portions of Africa. We live in exciting times.

The same though can be said for organizations. Each organization whether it be Walmart, Amazon, Sears or WorldCom has implemented strategies with varying degrees of success. Some have been successful some have failed. Many failed organizations can point to single factor that brought them down. Others were just not lean enough or didn’t take enough risk. This is the fodder for business articles, business magazines and business school classes. I should probably point out that most organizations are successful, beca

So it is even more interesting looking at the decentralized organizations. How has Bitcoin developed over time. How do decisions get made and what things should be implemented. Communities have struggled with various aspects of decisions and incredible bitcoin has multiplied into 1500 different bitcoin projects all working on implementing unique ideas. It is an exciting time to be alive.

I have been active in the Bitshares community and it is interesting to look at how things get done. There is a lot of politics behind the scene. Bitshares does have a unique block chain with a huge amount of potential. It is one of the longest blockchains in the world, structured mainly as a decentralized exchange. Teams of people come together to implement projects. All have varying levels of success. From that group of projects an entire new group of projects comes out. People organize in chat rooms, with common interests, objectives and a diversity of talents and then things start getting done.

Sometimes people go off an implement a idea on their own, other times a team is put together. Day by Day things happen and projects come together.

So it is interesting to look at a project like Bitshares and ask. What does this organization really need.

Well a group of people came together and decided it need more liquidity. A dexbot worker proposal got past and a team implemented it.

Going forward, some I think Bitshares needs a mobile wallet.

Bitshares needs more research and scam protection. I have worked to expose scams and rated all the currencies.

Bitshares is in a unique spot to be able to self-fund growth. As one of the few profitable block chain projects it can self-finance the next layer of innovation. This put it in a good position to compete with other blockchains and to innovate.

And this innovation happens at a breakneck speed. Truth be told in the last 150 years society has been revolutionized by the railroad, telephone, radio, electricity, automobile, computer and modern medicine. It is amazing how quickly things improved. It is also possible things can go bad just as fast, look at World War 1 and World War 2, Syria or a host of other disasters.

That said, it is exciting to see the innovation. It is exciting to contemplate the possibilities. It is exciting to look at what needs to be done then plot plan and implement the future.

As far as Bitshares goes, a mobile wallet, better fundamental research, and more liquidity is needed. But Bitshares is ultimately a platform. It will allow a whole host of new companies and organizations to form. Just like electricity brought the benefits of electric lights, electric toasters, electric coffee pots, electric heat, radios, TV and computers, it is almost hard for us to imagine the new things than can be built on Bitshares, Ethereum, and EOS. Innovation is so exciting.

What implementations do you think Bitshares needs?
