We had problems w/ network flapping which may have been caused by denial of service or other network issues in our switching fabric. We have methodically isolated the issue while making sure we don't deteriorate the network further. It's a large network and we had to work on it in sections. Our best team was able to work through this at our data center and had this resolved.
