Hey, I'm interested in registering my intent to talk about my "Blockchain Activity" Google Assistant agent if possible during the hangout?

It provides blockchain activity information from blocktivity.info to users on the Google Assistant platform - potentially a userbase of Billions of users!

I've been working on improving it, and Google recently published the 7th version to the Google Assistant directory.

The changes include:

• Improvements to intent training phrases
• The creation of additional intents to split implicit invocation training phrases away from normal navigation phrases within the 'blockchain activity report' and 'where to trade' intents.
• 2 new intents - one for price information, the other for descriptions of supported cryptocurrencies.
• Added a survey to the help intent so that users can help improve the bot.

Future plans for improvement:

• Support more cryptocurrencies.
• Move static links/data for cryptocurrencies and where they trade to firebase or seperate files - they're currently statically declared in code.
• Provide additional 'Training Phrases' to each intent, increasing likelihood of being implicitly invocated and improving usage.
• Implement i18n to provide multiple translations & provide training phrases for each supported language. The Google Assistant platform is worldwide, we could be providing these stats to many countries in their native languages.

How is it relevant to Bitsharestalk.io?

• Includes BTS in Blockchain Activity report, price and description functionality.
• Recommends BTS web wallets for several of the supported cryptocurrencies within the 'Where To Trade' intent.
• Once whaleshares is supported by blocktivity.info, its inclusion in the blockchain activity bot will be of a high priority.

How's it different from the WIP Beyond Bitshares bot?

• The Beyond Bitshares bot needs updated to use the production AOGv2 library, it was developed using an early alpha version and has several issues.
• The Beyond Bitshares bot needs scaled back in scope. Currently it's effectively a blockchain explorer with many functions - scaling it back to perfect core functionality is better than trying to support everything in the one go.
• This supports many cryptos, not just BTS.
• Beyond Bitshares could be a worker proposal funded project in early 2019 if people are interested in seeing it operate in production. It's open source if anyone's interested in how it works.
• The Blockchain Activity bot is currently not open source.
