TOP 5 DECENTRALIZED CRYPTO EXCHANGES DEX?

in #bitshares6 years ago

Lets examine the top decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges according to popularity and trading volume.

"The moment we start using these centralized exchanges, they become the custodians of our funds, and we are no longer in charge. Centralized exchanges are exchanges that don’t allow users to control the private keys of their crypto funds, and instead, they keep those keys in a centralized server or database. This way of working opens up the possibilities of single points of failures and hacks by malicious actors." - Why Are Decentralized Exchanges The Future Of Cryptocurrencies? https://coinsutra.com/decentralized-exchange-cryptocurrency/

Decentralization is the future and puts more power in the hands of the people - Always a good thing. I also imagine it is considerably harder to implement than the traditional options, so hat's off to the Devs that work on these platforms and make them so useful to us freedom-lovers!

I use waves and i really like it, now we can wait for the binance decentralized exchange :). Regards

I haven't used Bitshares even though I hold the coin. I used IDEX to sell coins I bought during an ICO, it was alright but took awhile for the sell order to go through even though the highest buy order was for more coins.
