Shmeddit.com -- We Make SHMIT Up!
Hmmm. Let's say it was 30 days till April 1, 2017 and you just happened to own the domain name "shmeddit.com". Let's also postulate owning one of the very first comedy User Issued Assets (UIAs) on the Bitshares blockchain, called SHMITS. Now mix in using a custom interface to the Steem blockchain, and rewarding Bitshares sign ups so tokens can be distributed and referral fees distributed via blockchain. Make the interface similar to reddit and feature uncensored, quality, open-source news like @corbettreport. Sure, getting that together in 30 days might be a stretch, but you could still do an outrageous FOOLs Day press release, and launch a non-working or prototype site collecting contact info and encouraging Steemit and Bitshares signups.
