BTS on BTER
On the face of it there appears to be a nice BTS arbitrage opportunity between BTER and Poloniex at the moment. The only problem being BTER has halted BTS withdrawals.

It's a rule of thumb: when you see a nice arbitrage opportunity always check deposit/withdrawal status before the trade (and do not forget fees&commisions ;-).
As for Bter - its BTS deposit/withdrawal does not work for ages
With this exchange, you can be more or less sure with BTC, LTC, NMC, DOGE, maybe PPC.
But even DOGE recently has issues.
I had problems depositing NXT and XMR, delays with DASH withdrawal, not to mention XCR story during Lisk ICO
Unfortunately sending coins somewhere is always risky. I am sure many of us lost some.
