I think this could be something true in all the countries around the world.
Even though, current ICOs worth millions, it's a dime for governments.

If the current trend continue to grow (and it seems likely), it's pretty sure governments will try to intervene.

Apart from money laundering issues, they'll loose a good amount of taxes with these ICOs. And not to mention about frauds.

So, sooner or later they'll jump in.
I'm not sure how it'll be. But I wish it's not like what we today seeing with bittorrent.
