They can try. You can do better!
Use Brave browser or TOR browser, do not use your real name anywhere.
And use really anonymous coins to delete your traces. Monero/Zcash/Bitshares can help.

    It is not pure anonymous - only Monero can claim that actually. But it is better than Bitcoin
