Now a days, any alternative currency can see it's value pumped up. Many a times these may be due to market manipulation. The rise of Bitshare has raised a lot of Questions.

What is going on with BitShare's Prices?
Let's take a look at what BitShare is before concluding if there is a reason for a value increase.

BitShare is a Decentralized platform with Exchange and Fintech capabilities. It is designed to be incredibly fast, flexible, scalable, and efficient. Bitshare aims to be the protocol Bitcoin could have been.

The Bitshare protocol allows users to create and trade different assets against any other assets they want. There are stable assets, called smartcoins, and the digitized assets referred to as user-issued assets. It allows the project to be autonomously funded and create new jobs opportunities automatically. This is what Bitshare has been in for quite for a while now.

The total supply of BitShare is of 2'602'400'000 right now. The main purpose of BTS is to launch decentralized autonomous companies which can produce profit and distribute said profits to shareholders. The token allows users to issue their own assets on the BitShare protocol.

How ever the BTS assets can also be traded freely across exchanges. This allows speculators to Push the prices Up and Down. Right Now we see a big push in the BTS prices. Every BitShare is now valued at $0.35 Usd+. The value surge picked up steam on 29th May, although nothing special happened on that day.

Is it that people are now realizing the the potential of this protocol. It is equally possible that this is nothing less than a long- term Pump And Dump Scheme. No doubt that BTS offers some interesting technology, But the price increase such as this cannot be considered Normal.
