Mr. Cao is also one of the 12 directors behind the largest Chinese financial organization in the United stated, TCFA and the only Chinese member inside the Upper 90, an investment club that has 30 elite members from all over the world. His skills and experience will come in handy for Bitmax, because they allow him to predict where the market will be going, establish key partnerships the company will need. His leadership skills also make him the perfect person to manage the overall company resources and operations and make important major corporate decisions. Mr. Cao has a bachelor’s Degree in Computer science from the University of science and technology of China and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
