Bitconnect behind the scenes....

So after looking into this bitconnect business I can say that there is a bitconnect Ltd that was registered as a private ltd company in the UK just outside London in 2016 at an address which is temporary rented offices and having seen people in youtube phoning the offices up to try and find bitconnect they don't appear to still be in that office space.

In the last month or so bitconnect international PLC has been formed in London too. Being a PLC means a public limited company so should have it's shares available on some kind of exchange for the public to buy. I haven't been able to find where they are supposedly trading yet though.

Having set up UK private companies before I know a little about the companies house stuff etc and you can buy the accounts and records for a few $ to get a greater idea of what the company is doing or supposed to be doing.

I've looked through the list of directors appointments at the bitconnect PLC and can confirm that although this may mean nothing all the areas the directors contact details in London are from are not the nicest parts of London where you might expect a director of an almost £2billion company to be residing, but maybe as it's very new the mansions of Mayfair or Kensington and Chelsea aren't yet within reach.

As a PLC the company will have much greater supposed regulatory supervision and if I were a BCC investor I'd ask the authorities to take a look at this company.

If this bitconnect Int PLC is connected to BCC it is very strange that it had a set up share capital of only £5000!!! it's supposed market cap is $1.6billion or there abouts!!

My personal opinion is that I wouldn't invest in this having looked into the 'behind the scenes' company stuff and reckon this is probably a big ponzi pyramid scheme but am always willing to be proved wrong with evidence of the bot and how the 'company'acutally generates revenue
