Since few exchanges trade bitconnect coin yet, it's incredibly high risk. Bittrex totally disrespects the bitconnect coin and labels bitcoin cash BCC. Expect a total loss on your money until you are withdrawing it. I believe you can make money here, but this one is high risk and possibly will not be around forever. I've been scammed before on similar looking things that I thankfully didn't recommend to anyone. It's hard to trust until you actually get some bitcoin withdrawn. Even then, these platforms could go down overnight.
