Bitconnect Might Be Close To Judgement Day
The scam coin Bitconnect might be in serious trouble. According to an article in CoinTelegraph, the US State of Texas has issued an Emergency Cease and Desist Order on Jan. 4 against Bitconnect for the selling of unlicensed securities.
Bitconnect is registered in The United Kingdom but the company will be handed over to the Crown on January 8th due to not paying taxes.
In addition to all this, there is a new ICO called BitconnectX that is about to be launched within 4 days. Here is the home page for this upcoming ICO:
What is interesting with this home page is that you cant click on any buttons, so basically, there is no information at all available if you want to invest in this ICO. Pretty good evidence of a fraud right there.
Anyways, we will see how long it will take before the original scam coin will jump ship and how many suckers that will jump aboard on this new scam.

Biggest joke crypto ever I cant believe people supported this it was clearly a scam from day one. When a company promises to pay out a percent every month then eventually at some point things wont add up anymore and the company will close. This type of scam has been going on for years and still people buy into this shit.

once the file goes to tax halls, you see so many scared investors begin to jump from the ship, but the scheme there in the system is complicated that you can not get your money until the "period" is over ... bloody scheme.....

and Dubai, USI-TECH was being prevented from making fake propaganda and fake ads that there head office is located in Dubai while it is not true, they do not have any leagle office in UAE, and these scammers sent me emails and same to others before they fall down, that to join them in different country if i am living in UAE, so if they want to get my money by playing dirty games here and there, then they are not legit so they are bunch of scammers
b4 exactly 6 months, i saw one youtube film about usi-tech that they are bunch of frauds and the tyber by real documents with real names he showed this , so why to join them.
i noticed that, b4 any fraud scheme going to fall down they begin to send many emails asking you or me to increase our deposits or to top up our investments.
i swear to holy god i have gotten from usi-tech more than 9 emails in one week asking me to deposit more money , and i did not, then after 9 days from thier last email, they send me an email saying that they have transfered thier headoffice from dubai ( to where not mentioned) and i must send them deposits from another country, bustards, i live in dubai and i know exactly how the rules are here, so if they are banned by dubai then this is a direct evidance that they are fraud company, dubai is the best place to have legit work, but when dubai stops a compant from work this is meaning one thing..... these frauds are cought by dubai and stopped them

Yeah, when these will go down, it will give a lot of bad rep to the crypto community, but the sooner the better in my opinion.

God this and Hashflare.io I wish people would see that receiving something back doesn't define legitimacy. That the people on the train at the end of the line are the ones that get burned and that everyone involved is responsible if they have been warned.
Only people pushing this are the promoters that are stealing your bitcoin. I was lucky and got my initial back, but the writing is on the wall. The will exit into BitconnectX and try to keep in going. Keep your bitcoin!

Lets look at the bigger picture for a minute. When Bitconnect collapses(maybe even next week), will this cause the whole crypto market to go down for a few days or even longer. Everything is built on faith and a lot of people are going to be shaken.
How long will the recovery time be?
