Can we make multiple Bitcointalk Accounts? What are the reasons for getting banned?

Everybody is interested in creating more bct accounts for many reasons. But when referring to the bitcointalk forum TOS we can see that multiple accounts from same IP address is not violation bitcointalk TOS . So it is possible? and I have never heard that they got banned for that reason?

But they have banned due to these reasons,

Spam is the primary reason for getting banned and it can be rather very different when it comes to the type/source:

• Backlink spambots.
• Spambots of another type ("bitcoin ponzi scam" anyone?).
• Signature spam.
  *Activity/account farming with or without a signature.
