What is MODULTRADE?
ModulTrade (https://modultrade.io) is one of the first blockchain projects in the financial trading sector, starting to be marketed with the new digital trading concept: enabling small businesses from all over the world to trade efficiently, safely and easily. Smart contract-based eco-system, ModulTrade will provide comprehensive services, minimal traditional costs and support for cross-border trade with emerging markets, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Current letter of credit trade finance systems and counterparty risk guarantees offered by intermediary banks benefit large corporations that have scale and volume of sales to support the process. Small companies are excluded because they are expensive and are therefore excluded from growing sales and income.
Blockchain technology and smart contracts provide natural solutions for trade finance. ModulTrade has designed a platform, a closed eco system, called ModulTrade Value Eco-system where businesses can join and through which they connect with prospects, commit and trade.
Problem
MSMEs face many obstacles and capacity constraints because of their relatively small size. Globally, it is estimated that around 56% of proposals for financing MSME trade are rejected, compared to only 7% for multinational companies.
ModulTrade handles the needs of MSMEs by removing the main barriers to entry into global trade:

High entry fee.
The complexity of operations related to trade.
Solutions proposed by ModulTrade
ModulTrade aims to eliminate the main obstacles to entering into global trade and also:
Bring together a comprehensive set of services for the full B2B trading cycle;
Helping MSMEs meet, commit and trade globally easily, in a safe and efficient manner; and
Introducing MTRc (ModulTrade tokens) as an efficient value exchange instrument in the ModulTrade ecosystem.
Tokens & Pre Sales
ModulTrade tokens based on ethereum, MTRc, will be used as a key for users to meet, commit and trade - all in a trusted, safe and secure environment.
Pre-sales begin on October 3, 2017, Token Sale starts in November, 2017.
- Symbol: MTRc, pre-sale price: 1MTRc = 1ETH / 700
- Token selling price: not less than 1MTRc = 1ETH / 700 and determined 2 weeks before the main Sale Token.
There will be a limited supply of 100 million MTRc, a total of 40% will be distributed during Pre-Sale and Sale Tokens
● Up to 10,000,000 MTRc will be distributed during Pre-Sale
● up to 30,000,000 MTRc will be distributed during the Sales Token
Unsold MTRc tokens offered for sale will be destroyed and none will be distributed after the Sales Token ends.
